#StrikeAChord with Women Who Rock and Magee-Womens Research Institute

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Magee-Womens Research Institute CEO Michael Annichine is encouraging everyone to #StrikeAChord this October.

While breast cancer research is a critical component of what Magee-Womens Research Institute does, they also address an enormous range of women's health issues. Their hope is to use this research to change the world not just today, but for generations to come, wether it be with women-controlled HIV prevention, or a therapeutic for COVID-19 that can stop it in it's tracks. They're also working on solving the infant mortality crisis and helping pregnant women struggling with opioid addiction - just to name a few!
