Hydration is a key to success for many musicians & artists. Monitor fluid intake during practice or performances & prevent dehydration by consistently replenishing your fluids.

Planning and preparing meals ahead of time can save you time, decrease stress around mealtime, and improve the quality of your diet.

Keep your body in tune – a brisk half-hour walk every day can help you maintain good health. For an added boost of nature, locate a park near you for your stroll.

Musicians are prone to stress, which can lead to high blood pressure – a risk factor for heart disease & stroke. Regular exercise or meditation counteract the effects of stress on your heart.
