An award-winning and multifaceted artist, Jessica Simpson is an international star who has taken the music, entertainment and fashion worlds by storm across the globe.
After selling over 20 million albums worldwide and starring in global television and film hits, Simpson’s lifestyle brand The Jessica Simpson Collection—launched in 2005—and now has over 34 product categories earning over US$1 billion in revenue.
Jessica had been absent from making music for years, but turned to her Texas roots—rockabilly, southern rock, and soul. Last year, Simpson headed to East Nashville’s Creative Workshop with her band, and producer JD McPherson. Her new songs, created in collaboration with Nashville’s top songwriters, reflected her journey of personal revelation and revival. As a result, her new two-part EP Nashville Canyon uncovers themes of heartbreak, strength, and renewal.
