Celebrate International Women's Month with Women Who Rock and Hard Rock Cafe

For the third year, Hard Rock Café is celebrating International Women’s Month by recognizing the achievements and talents of women across the globe through an initiative called “Who Runs the World.” This year, they are expanding their celebration to include showcases of female artists and fundraising for local charities that support women-focused initiatives. Throughout the month, Hard Rock restaurants will play music from female artists every 15 minutes and engage up and coming female musicians through live performances, including the International Women’s Day performance at Hard Rock Café Pittsburgh featuring The Vindys.

Women Who Rock is proud to announce their partnership with the Hard Rock Café this month, allowing guests who dine at participating Hard Rock locations to donate to the Women Who Rock charity through the Hard Rock Heals “Turn it Up” button. These donations will support lifesaving women’s health research through Magee-Womens Research Institute. Hard Rock will also be selling “Who Runs the World” bracelets through March 31, the proceeds of which will benefit Women Who Rock.
